Shipping Policy – Off the Thread

Free shipping across India for all prepaid orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available, but may be introduced soon.

All our products are made-to-order via our fulfillment partner.

Orders are usually processed and sent for production within 1–2 business days.

Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days.

Note: Delivery may take slightly longer during peak sale periods, national holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email.

If you do not receive tracking details within 3 working days of placing your order, please contact us immediately.

If a shipment is returned due to incorrect/incomplete address or recipient unavailability, re-shipping charges will apply.

For courier delays or other issues, our team will coordinate with the courier/fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.

Every order is shipped with a valid GST invoice.

Products are dispatched in secure, tamper-proof packaging.
